Policies / Q&A
What skin types and tones do you work with?
I work with all skin types, tones, and concerns, from oily and acne-prone to sensitive or aging skin. I tailor each treatment and service to your needs to ensure you get the best results possible.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
For facials, I recommend coming in with a clean face and avoiding any heavy exfoliation or sun exposure at least seven days before your appointment. For makeup, please arrive with a clean face and remove any unwanted hair before the appointment. I always recommend getting a dermaplane a week or so before your appointment.
Can I book a consultation before my appointment?
Absolutely! I offer consultations for both skincare and makeup services. During your consultation, we'll discuss your skin type, concerns, and desired outcomes so I can customize your treatment or makeup to suit your needs.
How far in advance should I book?
For any significant event or bridal makeup, I recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to secure your date. For regular services like facials or makeup applications, booking one to two weeks ahead is best, but I do my best to accommodate last-minute appointments whenever possible!
Other Policies:
A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Thereafter, a late fee of $20 will be applied. If the client is over 25 minutes late, the appointment is canceled, and the full amount is charged.
I accept multiple payment options. The same form of payment must be used for deposit and final payment unless the final balance is paid in cash.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon booking any makeup service with me. This deposit will go toward your final balance. Bridal final balances must be paid one week before the wedding date.
One moving of service date is allowed up to 4 weeks before the wedding day. Within those two weeks after the date, or after the second moving date, will result in a rebooking fee.
You will have up to 6 weeks before your wedding date to cancel the service. If you cancel within the 6 weeks, the final balance must be paid in full.
